How long does it take to dry?
We average 3 – 5 hours under normal climate conditions with our Multi Step Cleaning Process.
Our Low Moisture Cleaning will be dry in about an hour.
How safe are the cleaning products?
We use Eco friendly, child and pet safe cleaning products. Sometimes we encounter paint or rust spots that require solvents and stronger solutions. When used, we make sure to thoroughly rinse the area out to ensure no resides are left present.
Will the cleaning remove the urine odor from the carpet?
We carry products that will break down urine and other odor related problems in the carpet.
Depending on the severity, the underlay and sub floor may be affected. In such a case we may recommend removing and replacing the underlay and applying a shellac based primer to the sub floor to seal it in.
What kind of guarantee do you have on spots and stains?
Although we carry different spot and stain removers for paint, coffee, cola, red wine, pet accidents etc, we can never guarantee a complete removal. Depending on the type of stain, the fiber of the carpet, what has been done prior to our cleaning, the dyes that make up the colour of the carpet may have been removed or replaced.
We do guarantee that each spot we do encounter will be given proper attention and cleaned following the IICRC standards.
What is the difference from the rental units?
In our opinion, the rental units lack the suction and water pressure that is needed to properly restore a dirty carpet. The cleaning shampoos that you purchase with them are often oil based, which leads to quick re-soiling.
You will find after you drive down, pick up the machine, the cleaning solutions, doing the work yourself and returning the machine on time you will have spent more time and money than hiring a professional to do it right the first time.
