Strip and wax floors
Sterling is here to put that shine back on your VCT floors. Vinyl Composite Tile flooring can sometimes be a challenge to keep clean and looking like new. Typically found in commercial buildings, these tiles are strong and durable but can lose their luster with day to day traffic.
Floor buffing
We take the time to first vacuum everything, including corners and hard to reach areas to remove dirty, hair, etc. Our reliable and safe stripping solution will be carefully applied to the floor, and will begin to break down the wax already on the tile. Depending on the size of the room, different floor buffing machines and pads are used to scrub the stripping solution. After the scrubbing process, a heavy rinse and extraction will remove all the wax and any remaining debris.
Waxing floors
After cleaning away any remaining solution, we will re-wax the floors. The right amount of wax will be applied for each area based on the traffic it receives. Give us a call to set up a visual estimate to have your floors stripped and waxed.
